At Holiday Spa, we want every guest to relax, recharge, and renew in a soothing, respectful atmosphere. These policies help us provide massage therapy, spa packages, couples massage, combination massage, bio therapy, and add-on services with care.
- We do not provide refunds on services.
- Please keep an eye on your children at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by running or horseplay.
- Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Please watch your steps and be careful with the wet floor.
- Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or pregnancy before we start your service.
- Please tell your therapist about pressure preferences and any areas to avoid before or during your massage or spa service.
- Please arrive a few minutes early if your appointment includes table shower, body scrub, sauna, hot stone, or other add-ons.
- If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so the next appointment can begin on time.
